Some of android devices has only got multi-window option that to limited no of apps. But m gonna show how to get all the app in multi-window.
Well download Xposed Installer and install it(here how to install it).
There are two way that you can achieve multi Window
- X Halo Floating Window(More feature but got some bug)
- X Multi Window (with a sidebar )
Now open xposed module and click on module section and check on activate buttons and reboot the device.
- Configuration for X Halo Floating Window
Open the X Halo Floating Window app and select the option for popup behaviour
do the settings as below or you can also tweak your self . And select the app in whitest that you always want to open in multi window mode. And blackest for the app which you don't want to open in multi window

Now select movable and resizable from drop down menu and switch it on
Now you can enjoy the multi window you can do various tweak this was the basic of this app
restart your device for better result. Here the view after the tweak. (The app has bug this time but will be update soon)
Now Swipe from left side of device screen and select the app to start in multi window and select the place to launch
After that you can have more app in sidebar upto your choice
